This Bar restaurant is I think owned by the commune and managed on their behalf. Next to a neat seating area for the restaurant there is a small bar used by the regularst. A board outside tells you what is being cooked that day at a fixed reasonable price. So no choice but we visited three times during our last holiday in the area and were never disappointed hence my rating based on value for money. The manager speaks a little English and understands more so with a little Franglais ther were no problems. Its off the tourist trail and about five minutes drive from the main Culan to Montlucon road. The village is tiny and the Auberge is sited in the square behind the church. If you are looking for something a little different thia may be what you want.
My husband and I were in town for just a day and after sight seeing for hours we were hoping to grab a pint and some lunch/dinner in Georgetown.
My girlfriend and I went there on thanksgiving night!_Our server Luis C was phenomenal, his manners perfect, his energy, service and knowledge of the menu
Stopped in here for weekday lunch a couple weeks ago and really liked it.
