Le Caf'conc - Montluçon

I ordered the court. it was dry and tasteless. the salate, which came with the salmon, consisted of a budding uninspiring salate with a small piece of tomato on top with a tasteless brown dressing. there was a rice side dish with a...inzig piece laek in a thick white sauce. I left most of my meals on the plate.

Very good food. my man rated his Burger-Foie-Gras as one of the best burgers he had and he had many burgers! my salmon was excellent with cheek and cheese.

Fabulous bistro. Don't be fooled by modern setting with industrial/ worker signs, safety helmets, etc. Cassoulet du canard was just the sort of dish we came to France for. Or better. Heaven. Merci beaucoup!

A great welcome with delicious, copious amounts of good quality food and sensible wine list. Can't wait to return when next in montlucon

Mid-week ende oktober was montluçon eerily quiet, but this place was almost full, always a good sign. the service was moderate and yet friendly and the menu if not imaginatiw was exceptionally well delivered. the puff bakery starters were well presented and delicious. I had a...salmon steak, which was well cooked and served with a Laek tembale that was fresh and well seasoned. my man had a steak that would be generous in size, perfectly cooked and of an excellent quality along with reasonable price you would highly recommend
