L'Alcazar - Montmédy

We stayed for a coffee (big fry) and ice (card d’or i think,) which is a perfect finish for the tour of the citadel, where the istrot lies. the menu looked appealing, but we did not eat, so no comments about the kitchen....Small toilets, but my wife missed a mirror.

. the only place at the citadel where they can eat. in the summer they can sit outside on the terrace watching the residence in the side of the citadel. .service is a great disaster...not organized at all. the food is edible, but no longer and the portions are very...small, they need a dessert to not starve the table. they don't have a baby chair. I wouldn't spend my money again.

It is the only place to eat citadel, friendly staff, eat ok, fair price. good day trip stop.

Beautiful bar with a terrace opposite the main square. we only had a drink here and enjoyed the atmosphere.

After walking around the ramparts we decided to try this place for lunch. What a delight. The decor and ambiance was very chic.The menu de jour tourte de lorraine (much different to quiche lorraine) followed by half a small chicken with mushrooms and pasta....Desert of pancakes with sugar or isle flottant. All excellent in quality, taste and value.
