Contribuisci feedbackCentre Technique Hôtelier l’Arlequin has been forming young people in the hotel and catering trade since 1975 through two level 3 degrees, CAP Cuisine and CAP Commercialization and Services in Hôtel-Café-Restaurant. Very friendly and warm place. Very good produces the plates are carefully decorated and can only be enjoyed from beginning to end. I recommend.
The dishes served were very good and it was really visible that all the elevates gave themselves a lot of trouble to do well. Too bad that one of the trainers was so bitter..acerb in his remarks to the students. I had compassion for them.
Not to be confused with a restaurant. Well framed by a strong and welcoming educational team, very young people learn their future trades, from the kitchen to the room. A youth bath that is pleased to share.
Always a real pleasure to come to this place, the kitchen is good and refined and the coaching staff and the students are really very pleasant. The atmosphere is very nice. Thank you to Maud and Johanna and the students who took care of us. We had a very pleasant time.
Young people are full of envy and do everything to make us comfortable. I congratulate them and strongly recommend this place for a meal with friends, family or other....
