Mcdonald's Family Restaurants

I came here last week it was not very busy they are fast workers and one of burgers had no sauce because they have no and so they gave me a free Cheeseburger I love it there and most of these people are not aware...the timing from there misfortune lets say you have a new employee in the kitchen on a Friday night are not like an rude person and expect every burger like the people to grow. go to this business its amazing and all employees or managers or Richard see that you are great people

I tried another meal in this Maccas and I have to say that the staff is so beautiful here. You make the experience so much more beautiful, although you know exactly what you are when it comes to food. My usual morning order of a medium-sized chocolate frit without cream or drop. The sour dough made toastia ham, cheese and tomatoes. All right. Wheelchair friendly. Kid friendly. Pleasant Wifi. Good parking.

We were eager to see the new renovations at the restaurant, but were ultimately let down. The removal of all windows and natural light resulted in a dark and unpleasant atmosphere. I can confidently say that I will not be dining here again. The ambiance was terrible and the cleanliness was lacking. Each table was covered with leftover food, some of which had been untouched for hours.

I waited in line at the drive-thru of this restaurant for a long time before finally deciding to leave. The person working the counter seemed new and inexperienced, and there was no assistance available. In the end, I drove about 100 meters to Hungry Jacks instead.

This is our local Macca’s, so we drive through or take-away once or twice a month. Fair to say that 99% of the time we ‘drive through’, something is missing from our order. Often, we have multiple items missing. This Macca’s would be the worst...in our area when it comes to service and receiving food that looks nothing like it does in the ads. I get the sense that the franchisee has no pride in their restaurant and it shows in the service and delivery. Avoid!
