Subway - MONTPELIER

Do not eat the foods taste terrible and the people who are their work are so rude. the salate was brown. the people interrupt while they try.

I GOT A SUBWAY MELT I ASKED FOR CHIPTOLE SOUTHWEST ON THE SIDE! THEY FORGOT THE SOUTHWEST, HOW THE HELL AM I SUPPOSED TO EAT MY SANDWICH WITH NO SOUTHWEST!? jk people were nice but also need my southwest

Service is terrible, the workers are so unprofessional and I’ve never see them sweeping or cleaning, and don’t get me started on cross-contamination. Mmm

Very unprofessional employees. Normally we have no issues and the service is great! Today however it was not. We asked for Italian herb and cheese bread for one of our subs. I could tell as he was cutting it that the bread was to fresh to be used. As he cut it the bread was both thin and flat. I asked the manager, or employee in charge if he could remake it because the sandwich would have fallen apart. She said he could remake it. As my daughter and I sat there eating another lady came in and ordered the same kind of bread. The lady also complained about the bread. The manager or employee in charge told the lady there was nothing wrong with it and she would eat it. The lady left and my daughter and I continued to eat. The manager in charge continued talking about the customers complaint loudly with a guest and her crew. She continued to say there was nothing wrong with the bread and the lady complaining was just looking for a discount! I have worked at subway before and not only was this person wrong but she was unprofessional and not setting a good example for the crew that was working with her. We enjoy subway, however if this is the way the staff deal with customers, we will be finding another ah way to go to.

When a teenage girl is respectful enough to give management a two week notice and thank you for the opportunity, the least you could do is return the respect and let her work the two weeks instead of taking her off the schedule after one.
