Contribuisci feedbackI visited the Blue Stone for the first time. With my wife and my brother. A very nice atmosphere. The smaller dining area offers space for a comfortable and less crowded and loud atmosphere of other local restaurants. Steph, our server, was very friendly! Always had a friendly smile and was super attentive. Only when we left, we learned that she served alone. Not noticed, she was such a joy!!! Has not even come stressed or overwhelmed (I hope your manager reads that). The menu was huge! Many unique choices. Meet this place safely as one of our new favorites!
Open. I think that's Bluestone's third part. It is a beautiful place to be and although they replaced the long-loved Coffee Corner, they have clearly made a great investment in the space that, while very different, the past by creating what I am sure will come another long-lived facility for years. Enough with history! Food: very delicious! We ordered a small salad filled with all kinds of local seasonal ingredients, including kale, arugala walnuts and many other ingredients. Not bad for about $5. I ordered a smoked sausage apple etc pizza that was very delicious. Not quite fat, beautiful medly of flavors, apples were beautiful and thin and the thin crust was perfect. Maybe a little more smoke taste would have been nice. The woman ordered a pesto etc gluten-free pizza. She has a gluten allergy and is often jealous for my gluten plate, but not this time. They do not make the gf crust in the house, but the crust they use is far superior to other gf crusts that they ate. Especially in comparison with positive pier in downtown. The price was somewhat steep for a personal pizza, but we have the feeling that quality is appropriate. Beer: It's Vermont. To be competitive for this type of food, you need at least 10 options on the menu with at least half of the rotating. And of course, the majority of beer must be local on the tap what it is. Ambience and service: Love what they have done with the place! A real step from the coffee corner. It got pretty tired... see pictures. The room is definitely small, but they use it very well. Nice planning! Service is great. There was a single table for us. Service was friendly and seemed as if things crossed smoothly, especially considering that this was like day 3 open to the business. I would say they were at 90 percent capacity and we have our food fast! Never wait for more than 10 minutes between the plates. It must be said. Why do we have 6 places in a small town like Montpelier, where you can get pizza? I don't know, and I think it's silly, but I find myself happy Bluestone is here. With all this competition, consumers can benefit!
Great pizza. Beautiful crust and wide selection of local breweries. Small space so you need to wait especially on Friday and Saturday Montpelier location is closed, but there are these other locations. Waitsfield and Waterbury
Cosy pizza shop with a great street view. Sitting is limited, but the pizza is delicious. We have the 10 inch nameake plus two sodas for $20, or you can also get a deal for $8.50 with two big discs and a soda. The bartender was friendly and attentive. Very recommended!
Staff were friendly and knowledgeable, our server was amazing, refilling drinks without us having to ask, even gave us a takeout cup for our drink, never heard of takeout drinks at a resataurant before. Chefs really know what they’re doing.... ordered The Duke sandwich/wrap and was blown away.... steak was cooked perfectly and it tasted amazing. Pizza was also incredibly well made and the menu offers a great selection. Fun and friendly atmosphere, would totally go back.
