Contribuisci feedbackNew Urban Bistro, the room is very pretty, the neat decoration and friendly and welcoming staff. I took a menu from noon to 28€. The whole meal was good, a little more for the meat of the dish that was very good. I'm still making reservations. The jelly of the entrance too thick and too taken, not quite pronounced in the taste.. I enjoyed dessert less, the syphon fennel has announced: very light taste of fennel and cream too sweet at the same time not the expected pep. No ripe nectarine bites, roast peach. The sorbet was good, the nougatine too, but too thick. The advertised flavors made you want, but dessert is not really consistent and lacks balance. However, I had a good time.
After tasting a succulent entry with a lot of research, a good dish with simple products but a dessert far from being up to the rest, I wanted to repeat the experience in the new restaurant: bigger, more beautiful, and more user-friendly. I had read on the networks that the urban bistro recruited a patissier, which is why I wanted to rediscover this table in Montpellier. Result : an interesting entrance, a gourmet and fine dish, but very disappointed with dessert (nectarine non ripe, no link between the different elements present) A tribute to an amateur and passionate about pastry.
A good value for money, a little high, but it is fine, refined and creative. Good taste associations. Few tables, so well book in advance.
What a pleasure to find the BISTRO URBAIN at this new address. Family dinner at 5 this noon a marvel. Thanks to the whole team for this excellent meal and very good advice on wines, bravo.
We shared a very good time, refined cuisine, and professional and smiling service! A gourmet menu where flavors are at the rendezvous! Small plus for dessert served in a digestive glass: very original! Thank you for this good time, we will come back for sure!
