How happy to be picked with a smile by all staff members. It's a very good start. We enjoyed ourselves with an entrance of tender and seasoned gravelax perfectly. A little acidity with lemon, a little freshness with anth and a very fresh salmon. As the main dish we took the tuna tartar and the Cabillaud again we were not disappointed with our choice. I also liked it being served with a little lentil salad. Bravo to the chef for these great dishes.
