This restaurant offers fresh, straightforward Chilean cuisine, just as you would expect. The owner-couple provides friendly service, and the prices are affordable. While it may not be fancy, I thoroughly enjoy dining here.
I stumbled upon this restaurant by chance while looking for a place with Wi-Fi to study with my laptop. I ended up finding Barros Luco! Even though I had already eaten lunch, I couldn't resist trying their empanadas, which were huge and delicious. I bought two spinach and cheese empanadas for around $3.75 each. I also enjoyed a decent cappuccino, which was much needed. The staff was very friendly and I found the restaurant to offer great quality food at a reasonable price. I will definitely be returning!
I stopped to have breakfast before going to the Fairmont Bagel bakery across the street. The waiter was very nice and helpful and spoke spanish. The venue is speacilized in mexican food. I had “huevos estrellados” and they were very nice. The coffee was just ok and the wifi didn’t work. Overall, I liked it because of the type if food and the great service I received.
Stopped here after reading about their sandwiches. The place was dead (which should have been a sign). The food was edible and the portions were a little small. The empanadas were blah. All in all, I will not be back.
