I found this place because it was over the street of a grocery store and Pharmaprix (Shopper's Drugmart.) The staff is very friendly,... coffee and croissants. The prices for breakfast and sandwiches are good. I'm always happy when I find coffee shops to read the newspapers for customers, esp when I'm on the go. There were some magazines and people also left their books. This is an old neighborhood, so old shops, cafes, don't expect beautiful places.
Space is small, but the staff was nice and I and my friend really enjoyed our sandwiches. she is new in this neighbourhood, and I think that I find a friendly place with good food lifters her ghost! seen as a relaxed place with many neighborhood people... as customers.
Food is better than average and the folks are really nice. We had the breakfast and everything was good. We had an issue with the order and they were polite and offered to replace it although it was not their fault. They even gave us a complimentary traditional Quebec dessert it was a nice gesture.I only wish they would have a baked bean option without pork as that would make it possible for lot of Muslims to enjoy a hearty meal.
Cozy café with really good food and really nice staff.Dietary restrictions: The kitchen modified a sandwich to make it lactose free for me
This restaurant is fantastic. I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich with Brie, bacon, and onion jam. To my surprise, it also came with soup that was delicious! The food was incredibly tasty and fresh. The cappuccino was also excellent. Despite some reviews mentioning the prices being high, I found the portion size and quality of the food to be more than worth the cost.
