I've been here a few times now and never had trouble with service, even mid lunch. Luckily though I seem to catch them at a quiet moment most of the time and am the only one to be served. I picked up 6 bagels today and tried their spicy tuna salad as well; it reminds me of the interior of a spicy tuna sushi roll. I went home, slapped some cream cheese on an everything bagel and added some of the tuna salad on top great combo. However, even a plain bagel is good if that's your thing, I'd probably have it toasted with butter at the very least. Parking is really limited with the lot right in front and only a few spots reserved for this business (it's sort of a mini strip mall).
Sandwiches are good but I had to explain them how to make a latte. The espresso shots ALWAYS goes at the bottom and the milk on top. Proper temperature to froth milk is 140-160F. Anything beyond 160 makes the milk go bad. My latte temperature was 175-180F. I almost burned myself, imagine if by accident I would have dropped it on me. They also had price difference, the menu was showing 5.00$ for a 16oz late but at the cash they charged 5.50$ Covid season or not, burning hot late and wrong price is not acceptable! I was the only customer inside, they had all the time to do it right. Maybe I should buy them a thermometer.
Quick service in French and English. Prices are very reasonable. The bagels were crispy on the outside and good.
Handed the wrong meal and told it was mine. Then halfway through was told it wasn't mine, but that my food was ready. Not sure why it was handed DIRECTLY to me in the first place, but oh well. 5/10 not sure if would recommend.
Kosher bagel, breakfast and lunch spot. Right off jean talon.. not much around this area. This spot use to be just a bagel shop now this new place offers bagel sandwiches, eggs and salads. The service got better since the last time I'm came here. I do find the price a bit high.. I get that kosher places have a bit more over head. A bagel lathered in tuna and nothing else on a bagel (they didn't offered to add anything) for 7.00 a bit much.. It's ok the quality was fresh and and location is convenient. Cheese bagels look good too (next time)
