This is the best sandwich shop in town! Each sandwich has its own unique twist, and there's a wonderful special sandwich of the week that's always delicious. The breads are all sourced from different bakeries, making each bite exceptional. The service here is impressively efficient, well-organized, and polished. It's the perfect spot for a quick yet tasty meal in the city center.

The frais café team did a great job providing lunch for our office during a two-week event. They communicated effectively to understand our needs without being pushy. Their prices are competitive, and the food is consistently good—fresh and made with high-quality ingredients. We enjoyed a variety of options, including chicken, steak, banh mi, and various sandwiches. It's often challenging to find quality vegetarian options, but their veggie sandwiches were popular even among non-vegetarians. I would highly recommend them!

A well hidden favorite, with plenty of freshness and super friendly service. The parent café is on mcGill College. Never a week without going there for lunch. Choice include any sandwich plus a soup or salad of the day. Vegetarian options.
