Why is this place rated so highly? Either everyone giving it five stars was under the influence or it has seriously declined! My first impression upon entering was wondering why my shoes were sticking to the floor. It was obvious that the floors hadn't been cleaned in quite some time. There were no hand sanitizers, no ice for the drinks, no air conditioning, and the burger was just mediocre. If I could give it zero stars, I definitely would!

However, I found the taste of the burgers to be just average. While they were enjoyable, they didn't particularly stand out compared to other fast-food burger places. The patties were cooked well, but the flavors lacked a certain depth or uniqueness. The service at Bergham Burger was satisfactory, with staff being polite and helpful. The cleanliness of the restaurant was acceptable. One area for improvement is the pricing; the menu items felt a bit expensive for a fast-food establishment, especially given the taste and quality of the food. In summary, Bergham Burger offers a decent burger experience with a range of options and good service. However, it lacks excellence in terms of taste and value for money. I would rate it 3 stars, as it provides an average fast-food dining experience without significantly differentiating itself from its competitors. Never order Uber eats here.I gave them multiple chances. EVERY TIME I tried to find excuses for them but I’m tired.Every time I’ve ordered a make your own sandwich I have had missing items that I PAID EXTRA FOR. I paid extra for bacon and hashbrown and once again they were missing from the sandwich. Not only that but I ordered a side of onion rings and guess what ? They gave me fries!! And without any sauce !!!Are your workers incapable of reading or just lazy. The worst part is I only get partially refunded for the missing items but not for the service fees , delivery fee and driver tip. And all that for what ? For a sandwich I barely enjoy ? And stale tasteless and sauce less fries? Seriously if this happened once I’d forgive it but I think it’s been 5 times now. Never doing this again. And won’t be recommending to anyone. I’ve been to MANY Berghams but this one always screws up.

Very bad, I ordered throuch UberEats for pick up, the sandwich was very bad and very small, small fries as well, above all that the stuffs are very lazy and you have to waste a lot of time there to get the food. I do not recommend this restaurant, there are for sure much better choices.

For an end-of-night fringal it's great. Cheap and good. The poutine delighted me with the red sandwich. The Moroccan server named Ali is awesome and super nice. I advise.
