Imadake - Montréal

I enjoyed the diverse range of vegan dishes at this restaurant and would return, however, I felt that the miso ramen could use a bit more flavor.

Imadake Izakaya is a lively and welcoming bar that offers some vegan menu options. However, if you arrive late, be aware that the kitchen may be closed for curries, ramen, and other hot items. The waitress was forthcoming about the possibility of cross-contamination with the fried vegetables. I was disappointed that I missed the opportunity to try their ramen due to my late arrival. Sat at the bar with great service. Hamachi sashimi (yellowtail + peanut sauce) appetizer was a party in my mouth. Ramen took a little while to come out, but was knocked out of the park tasty. I loved it.

Having very desire to return to it, I was sadly disappointed! impossible to reserve if one wants to taste the sublime soups Ramen ( served only at the bar ) , on bookings , the tables only or are served of small , I say small dishes , good enough but not justifying the price !!! inversely proportional addition to the quantity in the plates !!!!! courteous service , I do not think pa go back !

Ichigo ichie is probably one of the best Japanese restaurant in Montreal. The atmosphere is very good, the places at the bottom are the best because we see the cooks evolve, the decoration is neat in Japanese style, the staff sorted on the and all very competent. The principle of the map is tapas, medium portions to share, refined and subtle dishes, such as smoked duck and black cod, which melts in the mouth. .some sushi and sashimis impeccable, and many other Japanese specialties barely revisited. The cocktails card is worth the detour, original and divine!We went there as a couple and friends, always bcp of pleasure and full belly!I recommend to book because there is often the queue on the weekend.
