Knox Taverne - Montréal

Great ambience. Best burger I've ever had. Just the fact that they have vinegar pie on the menu and all that implies, means that there's someone with great culinary ambitions and vision behind this operation. Love it!

I came to this fun little pub a few years back on one of their anniversary weekend celebrations. I loved it, it was pure joy the place bustled the food was awesome and service was excellent. This was not one of those Saturday’s. Food was hit and miss, service was ok nothing special, maybe we just hit a bad night.

Great local bar and restaurant in Point St. Charles. Good food options, good selection of beers and great staff.

Went to Knox for the second time last night and ordered the fried salt and pepper wings. Oh. My. God. These ribs were perfectly crisp, fall off leaving the bone clean kind of tender. So light and even better with the bbq sauce they serve on the side. Definitely going back!!

I've been visiting Knox Taverne since it's opening roughly three years ago. What began as a quaint neighbourhood pub, turned quickly into a restaurant with fresh market food and a nice selection of natural wines. Although the food has always been good, it's amazing to see how much more they've refined their culinary style. You can still go there for drinks and enjoy an array of cocktails, but now, you can also just go there for the awesome food! Definitely recommend if you're down for a casual atmosphere, great time and a happy belly. Highly recommend!
