However, the menu is excellent! The burger I had was probably the best I've ever had, and the fries were amazing. I tried the lamb burger, and the meat was juicy and delicious. The bill for two, including tip and tax, only included the main courses and one coke.
I was in the area for work and decided to have lunch at this restaurant. The menu offers a variety of options for every taste. I decided to order the fish and chip platter, which came with a mix of regular and sweet potato fries. The portion was large, and I ended up taking half of it to go. I finished my meal with a delicious cafe au lait. Many other tasty dishes, such as burgers and tartare, were being served around me.
I thoroughly enjoyed dining at this restaurant. The food was fantastic, especially the burgers which tasted exactly as expected. I tried the bleu ermite burger with blue cheese and it was delicious. The variety of tartars offered were also tasty. The prices were reasonable considering the portion sizes, and I appreciated the option to choose between fries, salad, or both. I would highly recommend this place for their burgers (although I didn't try enough tartars to comment on them specifically). The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly.
Decor is nice and the staff is very friendly. There is a terrace. We had Salmon Tartar Duck Tartar both were very good. It is served with salad, fries with different homemade mayo, and grilled baguette. Burgers looked so good, so we have to...go back. No reservation
Many times, I have eaten at La Boulette and have no problems. Their hamburgers are thick and juicy and cooked to perfection. Their salads are fresh with that lettuce crunch. The fries (regular, sweet potato or mixed) are also very good. The only downside is...because of its popularity, you may have to wait for a table. Unlike Schwart'z delicatessen, they will not seat you with strangers. I highly recommend this place for a great burger. Reservations not accepted.
