The interior was nice, but lacked ambience, possibly because we dined early in the evening around 6pm with few other diners present. This worked in our favor as we received excellent service. We enjoyed 2 appetizers (chicken karaage, fried oyster mushrooms) and a Kimchi Chicken Bao to start, all of which were delicious. Our main dishes were the Lou Roy Fan and kimchi pasta, with the latter being our favorite. The portion sizes were generous for two people, but we couldn't resist finishing everything because it tasted so good. The beer selection was limited, but we found a suitable option to complement our meal. Our bill for 5 dishes and 2 beers came to just over $60, which we thought was a great deal considering the quality and quantity of food. We look forward to returning to Montreal to try more items from the menu.
We visited here while in Montreal, it’s in a basement and can be quite hard to miss when looking for it but it’s definitely worth the visit. It’s excellent value for what you receive, and all high quality food. Our waiter was very friendly and...happy to advise us on what was good off the menu. One highlight for me was the galaxy lemonade, I had blueberry with lychee jelly which was delicious.
Great food and friendly staff. The service was a bit slow, so I may not return for another visit. Thank you, William.
My friend and I visited this restaurant yesterday, Saturday, July 26th, and we were absolutely thrilled with everything.
Great way to celebrate the elite week! we are hungry and excited to try this place. we sat right away with our waiter ryan who was smiling and super cool. we wanted to try something of everything, not only the things that were offered for the elite week. we started with the fried chicken and it was probably my favorite chicken I with the spicy mayo it was amazing. the bungalow was very good, with which boar bell loved the aromen again it was not included, but it is worth it. the little gurkensalat was spicy, but opened our taste buds just before our net. the pork belly was delicious I loved the i it added to the rice. I loved his choice. the salmon was nice, but not my favorite I was very preferred my bowl. galaxy limonade was delicious I got mine with low sugar it was really good not to add. the winter tea with low sugar was much too sweet and was not our ding. everything and everything was a great afternoon that was well spent with delicious food.
