In general, the service was awful and the cheese board consisted of 4 different cheeses; 2 small pieces of cheese each with some grapes and pickles. This cost $19.50. Next, we ordered a pepperoni pizza, which was not only flavorless but also undercooked and surprisingly small for the high price of $19.50. As I was leaving after paying, the waitress gave me a dirty look from behind the bar for no apparent reason as I had not been rude or upset in any way. Overall, I would not recommend this place. Despite being initially drawn in by the menu and atmosphere, my experience sitting down and ordering left me feeling regretful. Save your time and money and dine elsewhere.

I was greeted warmly when I arrived at the restaurant, and my server was attentive. However, the plate my food was served on was warm to the point of almost being cold. The pasta dish I ordered looked unappetizing and the sauce was bland. I was disappointed that no cheese, pepper, or peppers were offered to enhance the flavor. Overall, I do not plan on returning to this restaurant in the future.

The food at this restaurant is decent, but the customer service is strange. When trying to get dinner for my family with young children, the staff informed us that they have tables reserved for parties with only adults over 18. They made us wait in the hotel lobby for 20 minutes with hungry kids, even though we could see empty tables in another section of the restaurant. I found this policy and the situation confusing, but they eventually accommodated us.

I ordered to bring to my hotel room. I am so surprised that this was the meal I received. I ordered the chicken with mushroom. Everything looks like it came out of a can. The mashed potatoes -colour and texture- definitely came from a box. I paid $40 for this. I was too tired to go get a refund but I couldn’t believe an establishment was okay preparing this as a meal.

Such a nice, clean and well maintained place. By being there you will understand that the staff have put in a lot of work to make the place look like this.
