We celebrated a birthday and it has proved to be a pricy, but delicious meal. The menu had a variety of items most locally related. The waitress was very animated and pleasant. She recommended about five to six dishes. I suggest going with two or three and ordering how you go. We sat in front of the kitchen. It's small, but amazing to watch her work. We started with ham and cheese. Simple, but delicious. The tomato dish was good that they were fresh. We had the carrot with yogurt sauce, my companion really liked it. I really enjoyed the scallop (or one or two or as many as you wish.) For my head, I enjoyed the tuna puttanesca generous portion and well cooked. The ambience is funny and loud it was a fun evening in the city. I wish we could have tasted more dishes. Be aware that it can be quite expensive. Recommended for a special occasion.
The food was very delicious, but overpriced for small portions. The ham and cheese plate is divine. Nice wine selection. Very tight. Overall, unsatisfied with price vs serving size. Must admit, food was quite delicious
Eating extraordinary sweet pick from the garden fresh every plate is small, but more worthy wein can better, but is fine the best was the mushroom and jam with frontage service well except my waiter who probably had many tables to serve, he never. domage because the rest was fantastic
This is a cool place, but the lack of hospitality motivated me to leave a three star review. Food is very nice, but extremely small portions. Wine recommendations were outstanding! Five stars for this and the gentleman serving us wine. However, when I arrived at...the restaurant my friend was running a bit late. They refused to seat me until she came. I wasn't even allowed to sit at the bar and have a glass of wine while waiting. I was left standing awkwardly at a bookcase near the hostess station and they didn't even so much as offer me a glass of water. Also, we had to ask about five times to get our bread (which is a charged menu item) while the server walked by many times with baskets for other tables ignoring us. The bill with tax and tips was well over $300 for two people and while the food and wine was good, I felt a near total lack of hospitality. Staff were not unpleasant, I suspect they were following guidelines from their bosses, but nevertheless it didn't have the effect of making me feel like a valued customer.
