This review is for the food, not the club After reading the previous reviews, I was terrified that this dinner was going to be positively awful.

Food - 3 Stars Service - 1 Star Facility - 1 Stars Atmosphere - 2 Stars If you are female and hoping to book a fun ladies night out - go somewhere else.

First the good - food and service was pretty good especially with a large group of people, we had 17.

Mangia is the type of restaurant that you go to the counter and choose how much and what you want. Price depends on weight. They have a wide choice from beets to Lo Mein noodles. Then you take your plate and utensils (Plastic) and sit either at a counter facing the street or at tables outside. The woman behind the counter was very patient and welcoming.The food was very good and reasonable.It was an enjoyable meal sitting outside and people watch.Keep in mind tat they close at 7PM.

Needed some lunch after a walk around the Mount Royal, and saw this place at the bottom of Rue Peel. Good mix of salads and sandwich options. Try the oatmeal chocolate chip cookies!
