Dr. Slepchik exploited my dental anxieties and persuaded me that replacing all of my old fillings was a wise decision.

Being a cook, I tend to be picky. This place is closer to French standards as compared to blunt/filling Canadian/US. They had just changed the menu, so we had black cod and BBQ chicken. Both were excellent. The cod was served on a large pita-like...More
Trip advisorThis is a fantastic gem. A Canadian inspired blend of all good things a restaurant should be. The food was great and there was a lot on the menu we wished we could have tasted. The oysters were very good and served with vinegar and schallots. We followed that with tuna tartare which was nicely presented and included just enought mustard sauce on a wonderful tomato to give it a zest taste to the tongue. Our next course was a salad with walnuts, grapes and a truffle dressing that had us savoring for more. We then ate the lamb mini burgers with Caramelized onions and cheddar cheese. These were a real treat. For our main course, we shared a shrimp risotto in tomatoe sauce and the portion was very generous. A nice selection of wines were available to accompany the meal. We finished with creme brûlée with white chocolate that was an origional twist on the traditional. We finished it all and wanted more. Be patient, the service was attentive although a bit leisurely, especially if you were in a hurry. My advice would be to plan a slow paced evening to enjoy every morstle. I would go back in a minute; each dish was better than the prior one.
