Opiano - Montréal

I am writing this review after having visited Opiano dozens of times. This place holds a special place in my heart from my days as a student, and I still come here even now. The Korean cuisine is delicious, the service is fast, and the staff are friendly. Customers place their orders at the counter and receive a number. When their food is ready, they pick it up at the front and show their number on a digital display. The owner has always been very friendly to us. I used to come here for the amazing red bean bingsu, but it seems they no longer sell it. I also enjoy the tteokbokki, pork bone soup, tofu stew, and spicy pork. Opiano will always have a special place in my heart, so I highly recommend it.

I had a delicious and satisfying lunch! The ingredients tasted very fresh and the staff was incredibly friendly. I will definitely return. The total cost for the dish (Chicken Bibimbap) was $12.65 and it also came with soup.

I had a flavorful meal with tender and perfectly marinated meat. The portion size was generous and satisfying. It was served with a hot bowl of nebel soup, which was perfect for a chilly winter day. The meat was beautifully marinated and the salad dressing paired well with my favorite Costco iceberg mix salad. The menu also includes kimbaps and other intriguing dishes that I am definitely looking forward to trying on my next visit.

I arrived shortly after the opening and there was a bit of a lineup, but nothing important. I looked at the bone soup first, seems like a popular dish, but I was in the mood for rice quite rarely for me so what better try out a Korean restaurant than with bibimbap? very good part for the price under 15$ with control and tipp, containing a miso suppe. everything was fresh and delicious. my only criticism would be that the hot sauce was not spicy enough. service was friendly. I'll be a regular here.
