At first we were asked how to sit when one of us had food allergies or restrictions. They removed my utensils and replaced them with utensils in a red napkin. Plates are red, only used for gluten-free, allergen-free food. Had the Californian Gf pizza with sun-dried tomatoes, mozzarella and goat cheese with Arugula with one side of Gf frits. 2 dip sauce for frits, were spicy ketchup and garlic infused Mayo. Everything was very good. Great service. I would recommend this place to my colleagues.

Agree with others, this restaurant has great protocols for people with celiac disease. The food was safe and delicious. I have a Nima gluten tester and I used this to test the roll and my pasta dish. Both came back clear of gluten. I let the restaurant know I had this device and shared the results with them. I’ll be eating here every time I travel to Montréal.

Wow!! This place goes above and beyond to service GF patrons. Changing out silverware, glasses, plates and water pitcher to ones that have never touched gluten. What a way to start a service! Then the homemade GF bread came out. Oh, my!! Delicious! It was my daughters bday so we splurged with the extensive menu offerings...Pizza, pasta, mussels and desserts. All of it was so good. We had the most amazing brownie, cream cheese creation and beignets. A great meal and great service! Thank you, Ottavio!! Wish we had one in the states.

They were very amazing for sure with gluten and have a separate kitchen. The food tasted good, but was super-priced.

Super Italian cuisine Celiac friendly, they have a complete seperate kitchen!
