It's always a good time to visit this restaurant. We already know what we like so we don't need to look at the menu. We decided to order the whole chicken special which came with fries, salad, and Inka Cola, the national Peruvian soda. This time, we also tried two glasses of chicha morada (purple corn) for the first time to take a picture and it was very tasty. The corn is boiled with pineapple, apple, and cinnamon sticks. My father-in-law always enjoys eating here every time he visits from Quebec City.
I have been frequenting this establishment for many years and it has the most delicious chicken I have ever tasted! While they only speak Spanish here, I don't mind because I come for the chicken, not the conversation. They cook their chicken and pizza over a real wood-burning fire, giving them a unique and delicious flavor.
I recently dined at a restaurant that specializes in authentic Peruvian cuisine. It was evident that many of the patrons were Peruvian, which is always a good sign. The highlight of the meal was definitely the Pollo a la brasa, which was cooked to perfection. The portions were large and the ingredients were fresh. The prices were reasonable, and the menu offered a wide selection of traditional Peruvian dishes. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a taste of Peru.
It's completely a fraud as peruvian rosticerie chicken and others. Very bad potatoes, the chicken is worse I've ever taste. Not recommend at all.
