Contribuisci feedbackUnbelievable story, I recommend reading them. on prato’s web page. click on order online. ordered and paid with mastercard. I have an email confirmation that my pizza was loaded on my card. for pizza. the owner says I don't have pizza for you, now. I said I paid for it. he wanted to see evidence I had on my phone. he said I won't make you pizza. I am not paid by this online ordering service, it has happened before!! I asked why this online link is still on its website. no answer from him, no excuse, no pizza. Beyond that, no willingness to find a solution "phone her bank he recommended" and he was rude.
There are many new pizzeria places that sell a medium pizza with few toppings at more than 20$. this place is a hidden gem, the owner makes the same pizza has 15 years ago, the menu has not changed and so are the prices. the size is fair, it comes in a large cookie plate. they can see the unique st. laurent street life without breaking their wallet with a beautiful glass vino.
Great experience. cozy place, fantastic (owal shaped) pizza, and all other Italian dishes/ sauces are made by the matriarch of the family (with generations of recipes from the old land.
Best pizza in town. the next pizza to the one we had last year on vacation. beautiful place for a date night.
This is a hidden treasure of a place somewhat buried on St-Laurent between the Jewish celebrities of Schwartz's and Moishe's. The pizza here is naturally the main attraction: wood-fired, thin-crust, somewhat oblong in shape (rather than circular), one-size-fits-all (but is more than...enough for most folks) and topped only with the most fresh, FRESHEST of ingredients. But I'd ALSO like to recommend the meatballs (three to a plate), or polpette a great little starter-to-share while you're awaiting your pizza. The service was friendly (a young lady) and well-informed, and the genial host (and pizza-maker) was charming and between pizzas willing to chat. A delightful evening. Pizzas are about $17 apiece, by the way.
