Contribuisci feedbackFull disclosure I did not order anything. I stood at the counter while the manager was yelling at his staff. When I finally raised my voice and asked for service whenever he was done yelling, he told me to mind my own business. Unfortunately, when you yell at people in public dude, you make it everyone's business. Seeing as plenty of people have mentioned rude service at this cafe, I mean the mid-40s Arabic man with a beard. Unbelievable. There's a coffee machine at the other end of the terminal where the staff is actually polite. Get your coffee there. Avoid this place.
I was on my walks for a good coffee place to work from and have a nice cup and maybe something to eat. Place was almost empty and I felt like I could try to work there. Coffee was really good. I ended up not staying so I didn’t have a meal like I planned to but everything seemed really good : It’s next to the Gare d’autocars de Montréal, and it seems to be an excellent solution for commuters and travelers. However, I as a remote worker looking for best solutions won’t recommend the place. For my recommendations I take photos, I usually ask permission when I see someone in the counter, but there was no one there He was sitting in one of the tables. He asked me what I was doing. I could tell I bothered him so I stopped and explained. I tried to make the situation better but I don’t think he understood me. I asked for my coffee and sat down. Later I asked if I could ask for the wifi password. Person replied and I didn’t understand him. At that point from the attitude and the bad start I felt like I was a bother to the person and backed up. I stayed finishing one project for my job and connected to the Public MTLwifi. I like when I feel like I am welcomed to a place. We all make mistakes I always try to make my communication experience with everyone the best one possible. So when I enter an establishment I like to feel I am not bothering you and if I did to be explained why kindly and to move on together to a good service and client relationship.
Best option in the area! Really nice customer service and reasonable pricing
I had a cashew milk hot chocolate and was very good but what it was outstanding was David’s customer services skills. He was helpful and kind since the beginning. We were having some issues while traveling and he was willing to take a step forward to answer all our questions in the best way possible. He speaks 3 languages if not more, which I considered is a big asset. I really hope this review gets to him through his manager and a big congratulations on his attention. Thank you very much David.
