Restaurant Ruby Rouge - Montréal

We were once in ruby rouge and never come back. we had the worst eating experience here. everything we ordered was cold and tasted strange. ? the service was absolutely slow and the staff was not nice. we were so sorry when we came here at lunchtime.

Eating was okish service on the other side.(below is history/view about forced skipping, while service was bad) I don't explain any conflict of interest with this place, I work in a super market I came too late so that this was what my friends told me, but after they ordered, it took a long time to come, nobody comes on the table, so we had to ask for ding the reason why I write this is because, although the service was bad, they still forced us to pay 15% tips, as if we asked to share bills, I was first and one of the dame saw how much I tilted, snaps, snaps, snaps, snaps, grabs, grabs, grabs, grabs, grabs the machine off and told me. The business is no longer good. When we went last week for dimming, there were only 2 truckloaders when they pushed their cars on the floor, they only pushed through you, and not say what they were on their vehicles, we were sitting there almost 20 minutes and eating nothing because the ladies did not push the car our wise or they rushed us like they hurried to go to the toilet. I would give a star, but because of the manager I give them the respect they deserve, even if their associates in their jobs are terrible for Dimm sums.

Dimsum the worst I ever had! variety are very limited, this routine dim sum must be ordered and wait for 30 min. a court we ordered, taste as bad as it was! asked a plastic bad for the togo box, and they invite it for .10! I didn't leave a tip and the waitress chased me on the street and asked for a drink!

If you are not Asian and speak only french/English, it is quite hard to be served for dim sum, server will just past you by and won't show you what's on the tray it is unfortunate because the food is very good.
