The Noodles were also very good. No reservations for less than 6 people first come first served. Nothing fancy, Low Key setting seating at tables or bar. There is not a lot of ambiance just really good food. They also offer take our. Good selection of beers. The steamed buns seemed to be very popular.
This was my last restaurant in MTL in which I went and I knew this place was good but I really was not expecting this experience. We went Sunday night (before Memorial Day) and there was a long line but the line is well worth it (when we left the place was still packed) The environment of this restaurant is nothing I ever experienced, it feels like some type of underground members only vibe that is welcoming of everybody, the music playlist was so good too, and it's pretty loud, which I normally mind but for this place it was perfect. The crew here was A1 and amazing. The food was amazing also, anything you get is going to be great so you can't go wrong with anything, I got the desert also which was great too. I can't really explain how amazing this place was with words, it's too difficult. I definitely recommend this to anyone, it is an experience you'll never forget, I would 100% come back if I ever go back to MTL. Enjoy!
Super impressed with this place. I had the papaya salad, shrimp rolls and veggie fritters and loved all of it. The wine recommendation was excellent and the staff go above and beyond. The art work and decor is also a bonus. So much to look at and so warm and inviting.
Such great food. The steam buns were exceptional. We shared the meat satay and papaya salad. My main was the Salade Gadolinium Gado and I could eat that everyday of the week . So fresh and tasty. It is too bad we got too full t9 have more, although we did end it with both desserts to share at the table. You can’t go wrong at this restaurant. I would make the trip from Ottawa again just to eat here.
After a week into our vacation to Canada. My family started to crave for good old Asian food. The yummilicious choice at Satay Brother’s certainly satisfied our yearnings especially the Laksa Meat dumplings. This was our must go halfway stop.
