As I waited, I observed other customers being warmly greeted and seated promptly at 11:30. However, the staff seemed to overlook me entirely, despite knowing that I was there. I couldn't help but feel ignored, especially since the only differences between myself and the other patrons appeared to be that I was dining alone and speaking English. While it may not have been intentional, I felt uncomfortable and decided to leave before lunch service even began. Hungry for soup, I stumbled upon a cozy spot on Norte Dame called Tommys. The atmosphere was welcoming, the sweet potato soup was delicious, and the music added to the pleasant experience. For those craving a similar culinary adventure, I recommend checking out Soupesoup and then visiting Tommys or Olive and Gourmand for a delightful meal. In the evening, my dining companions and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at Le Speakeasy, particularly the delicious shrimp dish.
We were looking for some locals and sweet and we have a good recommendation to go to SoupSoup. The pudding homeur was a delicious fluffy and delicate cake with hot maple syrup. I strongly recommend it!
We decided to have a small dessert at this restaurant. The atmosphere is fantastic, and we heard they host many events. We enjoyed a delicious, rich pudding served in a small glass.
This restaurant is excellent with great food, a wide variety of options, and amazing coffee. There is also a takeout option if it's crowded. I absolutely love this place!
