Sushi Taxi - Montréal

Service was exceptionally long. The portions were very small. I had a 14 piece sushi combo and it had only two pieces of nigiri salmon, also very small pieces compared to other sushi restaurants (1/3 the size of sushi shop, for example). The other pieces were stuffed mostly with Panko and rice. Also had General Tao - mostly a big bowl of rice. I found it pretty expensive for what we received.

For a lunch or even a dinner, don't hesitate if you're in the area. This place always offers quality and delicious dishes. the terrace is directly on Notre-Dame Street like all the terraces around the corner. So we have to wait for traffic. the service is pleasant, the glasses of water always filled and the smiling staff.

I brought fervent guests of sushi to this restaurant: on the 20 sushi served, one received the good score. all the others invited us all to a tasteful experience. We loved it very much. We'll definitely go back.

The calamari appetiser was the best! Light batter and very well spiced. Great with the Taxi sauce. The sushi was different to the palate. A delicious change to the usual flavors. Very friendly and welcoming service !
