Tim Hortons - Montréal

Apple Strudel is my fav and it's so good pretty standard. What made me take off points for this spot is this spot did not feel very clean. It was busy and felt unorganized. The layout made it hard to figure out what to order when you enter because the line was close to the door and away from the register and the donut options were even further into the store so you have no idea what you want until you get to the register and with the line forming it is overwhelming. For drink, we tried the Oreo double cream cappuccino and was pretty good

I'm a regular customer there , and one the girl working there is very rude !! Today I asked her for sleev for my coffee , she said is this that hot (In a rude tone and that was very annoying ...

Does not accept gift cards or mobile orders. The line moved slower than a normal Tim's.

They don't accept the Tim card which is annoying. But their service is fast when you order. I haven't even gotten back my change that my iced capp was ready! I put four stars because I waited 3-4 minutes to be served even though they were 3 workers there and one of which was writing on paper.

Went to location on steam. Catherine west (inside Scotia theater) ordered an xl earl grey with 2 milks and the works bagel w/butter. got xl earl grey, 1 bag and NO milk and plain bagel with butter.... so not impressed
