This place needs a fine from the health department. Meanwhile 5 people waiting in line while she stands there talking on the phone. She could have been making my coffee but nope, the phone is more important. Watched a girl in line walk away without ordering due to it taking so long. The manager needs to train or fire this girl!!!
I recently had the most disappointing customer service experience of my life. It was my first time using the Tim Hortons app, and although I had some offers activated, I wasn't sure how to redeem them at the counter. Unfortunately, the employee assisting me was incredibly rude and lacking in customer service skills. When I asked him for guidance, he simply said, "I don’t know!" I was taken aback; I thought he would have the knowledge to help customers. When I pressed further, he insisted, "It’s not my job!" and refused to assist any further. Frustrated, I asked if there was anyone else who could help me, but he curtly replied, "No." Luckily, another staff member eventually came to my aid. Following this unpleasant encounter, I decided to file a report with Tim Hortons’ Guest Services. I plan to speak with the manager once they're back from vacation to address the situation.
The staff is friendly and really makes an effort with the available offerings. It’s a small place located within a gas station, so don’t expect too much. As for parking, there are a few spots available since it's at a gas station.
The restaurant claims to be open 24 hours, but in reality, it doesn't open until 5 AM.
They want you to think that they have much more than just coffee. They don't, but there is more here than coffee. It's all OK, but nothing special.
