Excellent service food do not miss going here ordered from the menu and what they brought us was delish

The portions are generous and the food is decent. However, the service leaves much to be desired. We had to wait while standing for a table, and when our menu fell to the floor, the hostess didn't bother to pick it up. In addition, one waitress seemed irritated when we moved tables away from the noisy kitchen and bathroom. We won't be returning.

We visited the newly-opened Eggcetera on Robert-Bourassa Blvd in Laval and unfortunately, we were left very disappointed. The service was extremely poor, with our breakfast taking twenty minutes to arrive and my poached egg being served cold. Even when they replaced it, my plate of veggies was taken away and not replaced, along with my utensils. One of the owners/managers did try to make things right, but the other could use some improvement in customer service. Overall, this was a disappointing experience and we will not be returning.

We visit this restaurant every couple of months and are always impressed. The quality of the food is consistently excellent and they never cut corners. The service is good, although a bit slow at times, but that is understandable because they are always busy. You will not be disappointed.
