C'CHocolat - Montreux

Stopped by for a cup of hot chocolate. A sweet, unassuming little shop with a very pleasant server-lady. Chocolate was very nice. Would have been even nicer on a chilly day,but that was not to be in Montreux last September!

While we waited for a boat trip on the lake, we came to this store for a short piece of chocolate. We had great hot chocolate! We also had croissants that were made easy and perfect. We returned after our cruise to get more pastries home. The experience was so positive that we give one of our rare excellent reviews. The service is very friendly. Pamper yourself at this café in Montreux.

They must have forgotten to put the coffee in my cappuccino, a cup or warm milky froth. Even tastes sour! Yuck!!! Served others first even though we were standing waiting to be served. Give this place a wide berth!!

Une super adresse sur Montreux pour déguster un chocolat chaud onctueux à souhait. Nous avons goûter le chocolat 80 pourcent de cacao, c' est un délice! Les pâtisseries pour accompagner sont elles aussi excellentes même si le choix est limité. Le service est très agréable grâce à une serveuse souriante et très sympa. Le cadre est idéal pour se détendre après une marche dans le froid.

The decor in this cafe is just not really existent, but equally doesn’t feel minimalist, leading it to have a bit of an unfinished/unfurnished air. Having said that though, definitely an excellent selection of hot drinks, I had one of the redbush infusions and it...was absolute delicious so if you’re hankering for a beverage and are close by it’s worth stopping in
