Dunkin' - Montrose

We ordered three drinks and a coffee. all drinks were made wrong and waited until all others were served to make our drinks. 28 minutes for four drinks is ridiculous. they were disgusting and we got a refund after we wait almost 30 minutes for them. bad service!

The coworker who helped us was so beautiful and the ice was a solid 10 out of 10. note: by short staff, both dunkin' doughnuts and Baskin-Robbins-Lobbys are closed so that they either have to drive or go through the drive.

The employees hate their job and don't care about them either. try one of the local caffes such as coffee trader or blue corn.

The restaurant's lobby was closed, so I had to enter through another entrance. The service was slow, possibly due to the large number of customers they had to attend to. Waiting for a table was not worth it in my opinion.

I can't wait for the Dunkin' in Grand Junction to open. This location is not worth visiting anymore. They are consistently rude and their hours of operation don't make sense compared to other businesses in the area. Despite visiting twice, we were met with a lack of donuts, even on a Sunday at noon. When we asked about donuts during our last visit, the staff was extremely rude, which unfortunately seems to be a common occurrence here. It's clear they need to address their donut inventory issues and improve the behavior of their employees.
