Crumbl Henrico

I went in midday during the week. No one greeted me. I obeserved an all male crew...2 white and 4 black. They came off as dismissive, lackadaisical and lazy. The floors were sticky and dirty. I told a staff member about the sticky flooring in front of the self-order kiosks and he just looked at me. No response at all. Trifling and Pathetic!!! Makes you wonder just how clean the food preparation surfaces and staff are.

Good cookies, but the store could use a deep clean and the staff could be a little friendlier and greet at I walk in the door.

The employees are so quick paced and sweet! It’s such a small store, but it feels so cozy and peaceful. Always well made cookies and I think the workers are amazing human beings to order from : Love crumbl

We stood at the register for awhile as the employees just stared at us. One literally turned her back on us and walked to the back of the store. I’ve worked with the public for years and have never experienced this level of rudeness. To top it off, the pumpkin square I received was raw. I took it back in to show them and they argued with me. How can this store have such a high rating??

Good food, they have a nice environment and it's a nice place to go and grab a cookie
