Delpino - Montvale

I recently tried takeout from this restaurant for the first time and I was very impressed. The food was well-prepared, nicely packaged, and, of course, absolutely delicious. I highly recommend giving it a try.

On Friday night, December 1st, a group of six of us went to this restaurant and were not satisfied with the food. The appetizers were okay, but the salad was overly drenched in dressing and was inedible. I ordered the shrimp franchese for my main course, which typically comes with pasta at Italian restaurants, but instead I received a small potato and a few pieces of carrot. The franchese sauce was lacking lemon and the shrimp had no coating. My husband's mixed seafood dish was served over pasta, which was disappointing. A friend ordered the salmon, which was dry. The desserts were also a letdown, with the chocolate chip cake being overly sweet and the icing crunchy with sugar crystals. Another friend ordered the mascarpone cake and found it average. Overall, we were not impressed with the food and do not plan on returning, as there are better restaurants out there.

I was thrilled with my entire dining experience. The hostess greeted me promptly upon arrival, and my waiter was very professional. He asked about my preferences and recommended a dish for me to try. Overall, I had an amazing experience and will definitely be returning for another visit in the future. Thank you for the exceptional service and delicious food!

Food and service are both great. Menu has many selections, there is something for everyone. Delicious!

Excellent food. Attentive service. Space for group parties. Plenty of parking. Opens at 2pm on Sunday.
