Mcdonald's - Montville

I don t post for a fast food place but I can t take it anymore. This has happened to me before at this place but, Hey McDonalds.....CAN YOU PUT PEOPLE IN THE DRIVE THRU THAT CAN AT LEAST SPEAK A LITTLE BIT OF ENGLISH? I went thru this morning and could not order because the guy taking my order had NO IDEA what I was reading to him off the menu. He could not understand me so I drove to the window and tried to give my order but he had no clue and when he tried to communicate that to me, it was clear he had no idea how to speak english. I ended up leaving in major frustration.I know people need to work, but this is POOR MANAGEMENT!!! Why would you put someone in a position THAT REQUIRES COMMUNICATING WITH THE PUBLIC.....AND THEY CAN T? Come on Mickey Ds get your house together!!!!!

I loved the design, and the service was fast friendly,and the food was actually hot.

I don't do McDonald's. But I did use the bathroom at this one and it was nice and clean.

It 's a McDonald 's, let 's be real no thrills or frills here. It is what it is. They only get a low score because they forgot a hash brown on a very basic order. If you 're staying across the street though this is your spot, skit the free breakfast.

HORRIBLE! It was the worst experience I've ever had at any McDonalds! After being totally ignored for 4 minutes I tried to get one of the several employees to help me and they looked at me and looked away! I finally had to raise my voice to get my coffee ordered. Never again!
