Montys - Montville

We came here looking for some interesting chutneys and relishes and we weren't disappointed! This place has it all! So many delicious and unusual things to choose from. The manager was extremely knowledgeable about the different products, where they came from, what was in them and the differences in each. He was a legend! We bought a few to try and a few for presents. The milkshakes etc all looked very inviting but we had just had an enormous lunch elsewhere. This place is a real find.

Great range of confectionery, ice cream and milk shakes. Willing to try something different try the apple pie ice cream yum many combinations for milkshakes eg manggo and white chocolate yum. Friendly staff. Allowed to taste test the ice cream if you are uncertain on the taste.

What a bonus to find this place. Travelled the Maleny, Monteville area and came across Monty's. Thinking I would have to have my gluten free ice cream in a container I was advised GLUTEN FREE cones available. The taste was out of this world. The flavours of the ice creams (gluten free also) were amazing!!!! I wish we had found this place earlier. Also gluten free donuts and lots of sauces and other gluten free goodies. Very friendly guy operating the business.Please stop and give him a go, not many people go to this much trouble.All my travelling companions were not gluten free but raved about the flavour and quality of the productsPrices very reasonable

The flavour of the icecream and the crisp, fresh waffle cones were a marriage made in heaven with the drip catcher and friendly manager the icing on the cake.

As a lactose intolerant person I would normally go to a shop like this and watch my friends enjoy milk/thick shakes. Major selling point was the man working in the shop, he was amazing - told me which ones he could make completely lactose free. Ended up getting a bounty which was delicious. Would definitely recommend for everyone as we all (lactose and normal) loved our thickshakes.
