Arby's - MONUMENT

We waited for 20 minutes for our food. We ordered two items and there were also 3 cars in front of us waiting.

I went to this restaurant for lunch on Saturday. There was only one staff member who was taking orders, cooking, and managing the drive-thru. The dine-in option was not available. It took 30 minutes to receive our food, the order was incorrect, and the food tasted old and cold as if it had been sitting out for a long time.
