Papa Johns Pizza - MONUMENT

Love their pizza. They aren't doing pickups in Monument any more. Had them deliver to Palmer Lake Park where we were hanging with friends and they didn't follow my request to have the delivery person call me to connect. Found him walking down the street away from the park. Took 1/2 hour longer to deliver than they originally said too. Service: Delivery

I've been ordering Papa Johns since I was in college in the mid 90s. Currently live on the North side of Colorado Springs and this is the store that always delivers to our house. They aren't perfect, but I hopped on here to give a shout out to the manager of the store and his customer service. Every single time there has been a hiccup, Shane has made things right. He is always welcoming of feedback and will promptly address any concerns that anyone may have, and for that I am truly appreciative.

Seems like we all are getting RAW pizzas ! Health department will be notified and the fact that this keeps happening to multiple customers sounds like Ryan should probably find a new career! I'm available to share some you tube videos on how to cook a fricken pizza , and the cook wearing a supporter of 420 shirt explains so much! Unbelievable that this has happened multiple times and it's still open! Can't wait to see Ryan's response! Thank goodness there is a 3 margaritas right next door! Hopefully Ryan pays the tab !
