They rang me out before I even had a chance to finish my sandwich. Then they had a problem with what I ordered and tried to charge me more even though it was the flattest sandwich I've ever seen in my life and wasn't even worth the $9 I spent.
3 people, including myself, left, as there was no one available behind the counter to take orders. Waited for several minutes. Poor customer service. This was Sunday at around 415 pm.
I stood staring at 2 employees for a several minutes while they chatted to each other with mask down over open food. They never acknowledged I was even there with my 2 kids so I walked away. If you want even a little customer service courtesy and careabout general health restrictions then I suggest passing by this Subway. UPDATE March 2022: I recently gave this Subway anotherchance and it looks like the employees I mentioned before are no longer there. The girl we had helping us was awesome and reallyfast but actually seemed to like what she was doing. She was friendly and took care of all the customers very professionally.Just wish I remembered her name.
This was a terrible experience. The bread was stale and hard, the spinach was slimey. They barely put veggies and spinach on the sandwich. I had to buy lettuce and veggies in Walmart to even make it edible. Don't use this Subway they don't know to make asub.
