Terrible experience! I don’t get to enjoy Krystals very often since I moved to another state, and the Black girl at the drive-thru yesterday was incredibly rude...

I do not recommend this location. I went there and ordered an Oreo shake that came with no whip cream, also I had to use a spoon because it was not a milk shake...

My burger was cold and needed to be remade. Additionally, they didn't offer any sauce with my wings. This was my first visit, and it wasn't a great experience.

The food was excellent, though the service was somewhat slow. However, the quality of the food made it worthwhile!

I'm still not sure what happened an hour after leaving the location but I'm almost positive the guy over the speaker in at the window was 100% high on something...
