Expected to get a premium burger at this joint. But was sadly disappointed by the thin beef patty that have been smashed way too thin and tasted dry and overcooked. There's a few sad little pieces of lettuce and pickles, didn't really notice onions or tomato. Could only taste the tomato sauce which is like the cheap ones you buy at the supermarket. Star is for the service which is good and they are working hard, the other star for the chips that's really nice and hot, well seasoned and fresh. But I would not recommend The Original Pattysmith Burger that I had. My local fish n chips shop have a much juicier burger and loaded with fresh veggies at a much cheaper price.
Burgers tasted nice but like other reviewers thin patty’s micro sliced tomato like sauce and looked nothing like the photos you see in the store. My partner had the spicy chicken burger and the patty was mostly batter. Same again not enough sauce and average slaw. Same with my sons chicken burger. Happy to eat it but not worth $85 for chips and drink. Won’t be going back
Who I assume to be the owners/managers are so rude. No customer service skills. They don’t teach their staff how to deal with complaints. Over 45 min wait for 2 burgers, wouldn’t call them a quick dinner option.
Great meal. the chicken was amazing crispy and the beautiful sauce. on the classic chickenburger I also had the spicy chickenburger and let me say that was spicy enough to buy it half regret. I'd say I'm generally used to seasoning, and I thought it was pretty spicy. So if they don't make too good with spicing, I don't recommend it.
