I was just there a few times, but from my experiences, was the male worker who served me, lawfully polite, while the female staff is often select who serves them, and the few paints she has to serve me has become in a much colder way than the one she chose. this is not what id quality service or corresponding behavior call and have since ceased to be on this business as a whole. I would expect such a load to be visited accordingly, not ignored, and then to see that this employee arbitraryly picks out customers from their own preference.

Waited 1hr for disgusting food that needed to be taken back for a refund. Waygu beef burger was not made with waygu beef but instead cheap beef, don’t sell as waygu if it is not. Steak sandwich was toasted with coleslaw in it that went all soggy, what the hell are you doing?

It's 7pm, 5 December 2019. Why are all the tables dirty? The one waiter came out to clean a table (only 1 of 6 was cleaned) then went back in and just stood around. The service was also very slow despite the place being almost empty. The other restaurants around this one were packed.

How long does it take to make a coffee in a coffee shop? A long time! Ordered a brownie and had to return it as it wasnt cooked

Staff were friendly and it was a little busy however their systems don't work. Despite having table numbers it took me 15 minutes to get a coffee and they forgot to bring it to my table! They consistently delivered meals to the incorrect tables, some where they had just dropped off food?? Seems to lack middle management there's too much complacency. Food is tasty yet limited though it is really only a café, pricing a little high but that centre is struggling the local grocery outlet charges 3.50 for water which is =0.40c at Woolies) Coffee is high quality! clean premises. When I arrived no water available!
