Arby's - Moore

Service used to be horrible, but it's getting better.

I honestly wouldn 't know how this Arby 's atmosphere or food rate. We went to Arby 's in Moore OK. They were out of beef! Can you believe that? OUT OF BEEF!!They said it will be about 15 minutes. My husband and I waited about a half hour. Went back and the drive thru attendant was very nasty with the attitude. She very loudly said We are out of beef! We don 't expect it to be done for 15 minutes. 45 minutes later they are still out of beef. We took our business elsewhere.Customer service and reliable staff need an upgrade! Won 't be trying to eat here ever!

Our food took at least 35 minutes. With 2 ppl there (Manager was locked in the office didn’t even bother to come out and help)Food wasn’t good either. I spent $17 and the only thing that taste decent was the Mac bites. Customers from the drive thru had to wait over 30 minutes as well.

Ordered 4 roast beef for 10 waited at least 10 minutes they were constantly taking and putting orders out the drive thru that came in after mine said something to mgr he said drive thru has priority so got a refund but poor customer service

Worst location ever. I love Arby's but this location is horrible and has been for years.
