The lady that was working by the ice cream counter on Friday night 6/14/2019 around 10:30 pm was the best. Friendly, polite and most of all patient; she provided samples of the ice cream we wanted to try and answered all the goofy questions we had. Nice work lady!

Walked inside due to a long drive-thru line. Had a brief wait but the lady at the counter was super cheerful and kind. Got some donuts and the iced caramel craze which is delicious. Great experience all around especially due to the customer service!

My son decided he wanted an ice cream cake for his birthday so I did a search for places in and around our area to pick up one and found BR. They had a great selection of different types of cakes (birthday, holiday, seasonal, etc. . I was given an opportunity through their website to further customize my son's cake with his name, the flavor, color of icing, the size of course, whether or not I wanted to add candles to the order. Just a great amount of options to make my son's cake exactly what he wanted. I called to ensure it was ready before picking it up, which it was, and that was even incredibly simple. I just walked inside to the counter, gave my name and explained I was there to pick up a cake. I had the receipt on my phone to show them just in case they asked. The individual went to the back of the store to the area with the freezer door. Inside the huge freezer room, they located our cake, brought it to the front, asked if I needed anything further then thanked me and wished me a great day. That was it. It was quick, simple, very tailored to what I had wanted and super super easy. Will likely be purchasing more ice cream cakes from them for other reasons. Great job, B&R!

Quiet, but very busy place. Clean and atmosphere is nice. ?Be Happy? Be Sweeter says two signs as you walk in the door. We all need to re-evaluate and pay attention to the positive?s. The smiles from the employees makes me wanna come back everyday just for happy sprinkles. Food was great. Smoothie, Strawberry Banana it was tasty. Background music is happy. Restrooms clean! Nice place to have brunch under 12$. I am encouraging happy places. This is definitely one.

This branch is AMAZING! I have ordered ice cream, ice cream cakes both in-person and over the phone, Catherine is extremely friendly and helpful. She always fulfilled my every preference, going above and beyond every time! This is excellent customer service, and I believe the management needs to know that she is definitely a treasure and deserves to be promoted!
