A shout out to the cook David, was an absolute pleasure to deal with. The manager however was belittling the staff and blaming others for his mistakes in an ice cream rush. Would have loved to give a better review but the manager definitely needs some training in how to treat his staff when he is

If i could give 0000 stars i would. We placed an office online order at 12:10 pm with an expected pick up time at 1pm for some blizzards, yes it was a large order since our office is good size. I went in to pick up the order that wasn't completed yet which is fine I had fully intended on having to wait a couple of mins. The Manager or Lead that was making the blizzards named Jody was completely awful. He kept yelling who orders 75 f'ing blizzards, (we ordered 20) and yelling why is everyone F'ing staring at me, he was horrible to the woman that was working the front and the gentleman behind working the grill. The lady kept apologizing to me for his actions and I kept apologizing to her for having to work under those conditions. This manager or Lead employee shouldn't be working in fast food or in the with the public if he can't handle a fast pace situation. it was not like i pulled thru the drive thru and and order them. I did call and file a complaint with the corporate office. We will take our business else where next time. We will be going to Braums next time.
