Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

If I could give a 0 I would...first girl in drive thru was picking at her fingers then tried to make my drink....then I get a manager Paige and they laugh...I pull up so I can get my food it's not right even though girl said it was..mind you I go through the drive thru because I don't want to get out my car but for me to get my burgers fixed.Paige tells me if I want them fixed I need to come in..l go in only to be made a fool of. Paige goes to cooks loudly telling I need my burgers fixed. So I go over and tell Paige don't just put the right cheese on my old burgers but I wanted fresh. I go sit back in my car and wait for someone else to bring me my food. I work in the food buiness I understand u want to go home at 9pm not 10pm when u close.

This Freddy’s sabotaged my burger. They put so much salt in it that it was unbearable to eat and I had to spit the first bite out. I didn’t know if I was crazy so I had my fiancé try it who got it for me. We definitely can see they did it on purpose. Reason being he did get the order in two minutes before closing. If they weren’t going to at least make it right they should have not took the order. I usually dont mind being turned away if they’re about to close and of course the fries were cold. But everything would have been fine if they didn’t drench the thing in salt and waste our money.

Went through drive thru today and got a #2 meal. Got home and was in the middle of eating my fries when I decided to start eating the burger, but then I noticed a hair in the burger and immediately lost my appetite. I then remembered why I hadn't gone here in a while, because me and my family got sick last time we came by.The drive thru and inside weren't busy, but yet all of the teen workers there were huddled around together like they were up to something. Definitely unsettling. I won't be back to this location.
